Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items must be returned within 14 days after the return request has been approved.

Returns should be requested and approved in advance. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not follow our return procedure.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping. We do not provide return shipping labels unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

- Gift cards  
- Personalized or custom-made products  

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or product), please contact us at contact@drmclo.shop before returning your item.

Do not place a new order before contacting us. We will guide you through the exchange process.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your goods.

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.

You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Items must be returned in their original condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

For orders within the European Union, standard shipping costs will be refunded in accordance with legal requirements. Additional costs (e.g., express shipping) are non-refundable.
