All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the size of your order.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Luxembourg and selected countries within Europe.

Delays

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for such delays.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Customs and Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
